Introducing the ImmuMicrobiome package

This application provides a simplified interface for the ImmuMicrobiome package, based on code by Dr Villette and Dr Larsen.

The package is written and maintained by Dr. Villette.

This package is intended to facilitate microbiome exploration and ensure a nice plot.

This package covers:

• The dada2 pipeline with wrapper functions for easy processing of multiple projects

• Some tracing functions for beta diversity, heatmap and differential abundance analysis using a phyloseq object directly

• A pipeline for IgASeq analysis
